I am a senior technology leader with over 17 years of experience in building and scaling highly productive engineering teams and global businesses.

In the last two years, I established Lyft's Engineering office in Ukraine, acting as a Site Lead/Country Manager, and scaled operations from zero to more than 160 people across 20+ multi-discipline teams, as well as managed the company's war response.

Previously, I worked on core trading and risk management platform at JPMorgan, founded a company (which failed) in retail equity risk management space, was a founding engineer at Beacon (a cloud-first quant platform), and was Head of Product and Functional Engineering for JPMorgan IB's first SaaS offering, helping take that business from concept to positive revenue in less than 2 years.
